I acknowledge that the FABRIQ Smoothing Treatment may affect the colour of my hair and the finished result may not be as requested based on the technical nature of this service and/or the prior condition of my hair. This has been explained and I accept the risks, although we shall endeavour to get the best results for your hair as we possibly can.

I also understand that the service I am receiving must be maintained at home through use of the recommended sulphate-free shampoo (and other specific products). If sulphate-free products are not used this will impact upon the effectiveness of this treatment.

Some treatments may cause mild scalp sensitivity, including itching or irritation. A patch test is recommended 48 hours prior to your appointment to identify potential reactions. By proceeding, you acknowledge that individual results may vary, and the salon is not liable for adverse effects. Proper aftercare is essential, and we are not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
