Where can I find a pricelist?

Unlike many salons we believe the price you pay should be clear from the start, you can find a list of prices on the website HERE. We operate a tiered system where more experienced stylists cost more given their expertise and talent.

What is the difference between the level of stylists?

The difference in levels between stylists, and their prices, is determined by the level and experience of the stylist selected and the type of service required.

What brand of colour and products do we use?

In terms of colour brands we use Wella and Sasoon.

We stock and use a wide range of premium products including shu uemura, Kerastase, Nioxin, ghd, System Professional, Sassoon, Balmain and Sebastian.

Is there parking near the salon?

Although Union Street is now pedestrianised there is the Yeaman Shore car park very close to the Union St Salon.

Our Perth Road salon has on street parking with the closest car park being Roseangle.

What are the opening times?

Do I need a skin test and why?

Any new clients, or anyone who hasn’t visited us in over 6 months, requires a skin test before any colour treatment.

This must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment by dropping into the salon. Not appointment is required for a skin test.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel or change an appointment with over 48 hours notice your deposit can be refunded or used towards a rescheduled appointment.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited and any new appointment will require a new deposit.

Do you offer student discount?

We offer a student discount of 20% off on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with selected stylists. Contact the salon for more information.

What extensions we do use and why?

We use Tape In extensions exclusively as they are the least damaging on the market. They are very lightweight and do not pull on your own hair like other extensions do. They grow out with your own hair and do not tug or pull.

Tape In hair extensions are hands down are the BEST method on the market. That is why celebrities and fashion icons are choosing to get Tape In extensions. They are easy to apply and maintain, you don’t feel them and they are the best out there. They are ideal if you are new to extensions or want to switch from another method.

We use Beauty Works, Balmain & Rapture brand hair extensions.
