mcIntyres gives a big Dundee High 5 to local fashion designer Hayley Scanlan after her victorious win at last nights Scottish Fashion Awards. Awarded “Young Designer of the Year” only 3 years after graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone Art College is a massive achievement and we are thrilled to bits for her.
Hayley’s designs are already a favourite on the music circuit being worn by Jessie J, Little Mix and Azealia Banks. Choosing to run her label from our hometown of Dundee only confirms what a creative hub of a city this is.
Our very own stylist Michael Howie, who recently won at the Wella Trend Vision Awards chose a Hayley Scanlan dress for his model entry in Glasgow last month.
