Radoslaw Lewandowski, hair stylist at mcIntyres salons is a Colour Specialist Winner at the Wella Trend Vision Awards 2020. Announced earlier this week. ‘Radek’ was elated hearing the news especially as hairdressers begin the countdown to lifting the Lockdown in Scotland with salons preparing on re-opening on the 15th of July. Radek is from Poland and finished his training at mcIntyres and has worked in Dundee for over 4 years, he is particularly popular with creative colour clients. We are all very proud of his achievement and cant wait to get back to styling, colouring and cutting hair. It’s been particularly difficult for Radek during Lockdown, missing his family and this was just the tonic he needed, especially as we look forward to getting back into the salon and helping clients look and feel their best again. Kay mcIntyre, the salon owner and Three times Scottish Hairdresser of the Year says she’s absolutely thrilled for Radek and says it’s thoroughly deserved for all the hard work he has done. This is the second award for a stylist at mcIntyres during Lockdown and it’s been a great morale boost for everyone connected to the salons and perfect timing just as we look to re-open.
