Great news today as word reaches mcIntyres HQ that our own Radek has reached the finals of the Wella TrendVision Award in the Colour Specialist category.
The Wella TrendVision awards claims to be the most prestigious competition in hairdressing. Seeking out the best and most talented of the industry across a number of categories including Colour Artist, Colour Specialist, Craft Artist, Natural Texture Artist, Editorial Look, GHD Style Master and two students only XPOSURE categories, Creative Colour and Colour the Cut.
The ceremony is due to be held at London’s Roundhouse on October 11th and 12th, a return to the award’s traditional home, after a digital ceremony last year due to COVID restrictions. The awards are a landmark in the hair industry calendar with the ceremony always a star studded affair. After last year’s disruption the 2021 event promises to be very special.
Asked for a comment on Radek’s achievement, Kay said, “I’m so proud and happy for Radek. He really deserves this! The team are really chuffed for him and we are so looking forward to going to the UK final. At last a live event! We can’t wait.”
