Amazing news today as not one but two mcIntyres Salons stylist have advanced to the semi finals of the 2021 Wella TrendVision awards.
The Wella TrendVision awards claims to be the most prestigious competition in hairdressing. Seeking out the best and most talented of the industry across a number of categories including Colour Artist, Colour Specialist, Craft Artist, Natural Texture Artist, Editorial Look, GHD Style Master and two students only XPOSURE categories, Creative Colour and Colour the Cut.
Past winner Radek Lewandowski is in the Colour Specialist category, where he won Silver last year, showing he is continuing to grow and improve in this key area, colour being one of mcIntyres Salons specialities. View Radek’s profile page here and check out the before and after of his model below.
A newer face, Freya Griffiths has flown out of the blocks with a semi final place in the Editorial Look category after a meteoric move to hairdressing only 18 months ago. You can find more about Freya on her profile page. You can see the before and after of her model below.
mcIntyres Salons owner Kay has shown again how she can train and mentor competition winning level stylists. She has mentored more winners in this competition than any one else and trained two UK Gold winners… so far.
Asked about her latest proteges achievements, Kay commented…
