American cosmetics beauty brand Coty Inc has aquired the UK ghd electrical hair tools and product business for an estimated £400m+.
Having recently purchased the P&G hair and cosmetics portfolio earlier this month including the Wella prestige professionals division in a record $12.5 billion pound acquisition, Coty further strengthens its presence in the hair care salon sector with ghd, signalling its intent and global ambition.
